Drawing inspiration from his grandfather’s beloved service station in 1950s upstate New York, Chef Ted set out to create a concept that celebrates nostalgia, craftsmanship, and exceptional flavor.

Ground by hand with precision, stuffed like a vintage VW trunk, and polished until they shine brighter than your cousin’s chrome hubcaps. Joan is behind the scenes in the back of the garage making sure all of our meats are tuned for maximum flavor.
