We know what you like.
Starting this weekend, we're rolling out brunch at Schneider's Schnitzel Service.
This isn't your typical brunch menu. Just like everything we do, it's Midwest and German-inspired, made completely from scratch, and built around the kind of food Chef Ted actually wants to eat.
We've put together a small menu to start, featuring Midwest-inspired brunch dishes that are unmistakably Schneider's—from our Brunch Sando with a house-made cheddar brat patty to the Schnitz Holstein and slow-roasted pork belly with poached eggs. Don't sleep on the Midwest Egg Pie, it will wake you up with flavor, and of course we've got something a little sweet with our Steel Cut Oat Creme Brûlée.
And because brunch isn't brunch without a drink...
