Everything we serve is made from the ground up — no shortcuts, no prepackaged nonsense. Just real food, done right, every time.

Ground by hand with precision, stuffed like a vintage VW trunk, and polished until they shine brighter than your cousin’s chrome hubcaps. Joan is behind the scenes in the back of the garage making sure all of our meats are tuned for maximum flavor.
